Really easy to get to from Waterloo. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Shout out to Yehia who checked us in and out the morning after. Really friendly and lovely to deal with. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel entrance is so lovely, warm and welcoming. There is the most beautiful scent as you walk in! The staff were friendly and helpful! I mentioned on my welcome email the day before it was my daughter's 9th birthday and her first time in London and the staff left her a lovely little card, some sweets and some brownies in the room which was lovely and came in handy for the theatre later that night! She was really made up and felt so special, the staff always spoke with her and kind. Location was brilliant to Paddington and connecting tube stations 5 mins walk on Edgware Road. And there is a lovely little canal and square nearby with some shops and restaurants.
