The welcoming staff The music is charming The place was all well lit and neat Food was amazing there stark is a 10 I loved my super king bedroom so spacious well lit so clean smells nice everything in there I love the mini bar in my bedroom. Everything was just so fantastic.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! You would not believe it was located in Victoria station as it transports you to old fashioned hotel.

Location, staff were very helpful, reception staff very helpful on arrival, minded our bags prior to check in and then took our bags up to our room. Quiet even though you were above train station and nearby bus terminal. Good water pressure. Soft towels. Servicing of room was very good. Had a safe.
