Attentive staff, very polite and helpfull. Very clean in public areas. A few minor cosmetic problems in the room but didnt affect our stay. Would stay again and location not bad as 10 minute walk from Paddington Station, or around the corner from Queensway Underground.

Near to tube station. Clean. Shower was amazing. Undergoing improvements and scaffolding outside but inside is lovely.

The breakfast was good, wide range of choices all freshly made. We upgraded our room and it was definitely worth it, beautiful layout and interior.

The room was ideal for a twin room, very comfortable and clean. The location was ideal on the doorstep of Hyde Park, and easy enough to travel on the tube, with two stations a short walk.
