Have stayed at this lovely hotel (Charing Cross) once before. Location is great, room (deluxe king) had a comfy large bed , nice walk in shower ,everything that I like such as kettle, fridge (with 2 water and 2 cans with clear signage that these are complimentary), tv , radio clock, very quiet room, great breakfast with a pleasant feel throughout. Staff very helpful and thoughtful to our needs such as holding our luggage from early in the day till check in and confirming room was ready during our day.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Clermont London. All the staff were helpful and very pleasant. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is at Charing Cross and perfectly located for the trains and the underground.
