Amazing hotel, friendly staff, fantastic location with lift straight to the Midosuji Subway line for convenient transport. Breakfast was delicious, recommend including in your booking. Storage for luggage under the bed made the room feel bigger.

The hotel is located on top of the metro and Keihan lines which made for a much easier getting in & out. Also on the last day it was easy to get onto the trains and head to the airport even with large bags. The hotel is very comfortable, well located and connected. The breakfast was really good, the best Sotetsu Fresa breakfast I have had in Japan. There was a machine for coffee, matcha, warm beverages, also a machine that served different types of soup. The breakfast offering was big with a of variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even suggested which public bath to go to. The amenities available from reception are a great help and even getting extra pillows or a thermometer was not an issue. Will definitely stay here again when in Osaka.

The location was perfect! With the elevator you can go straight to the entrance for the trains to Kyoto or to explore Osaka. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. And the hotel room was comfortabel and clean. Would definitely book again when in Osaka.
