Room was lovely - good size for solo traveller. All the amenities were available at check in & you could top up when needed. I used the laundry while I was there & it was easy to do. The lift in the hotel takes you directly into the underground station below which was great especially on the rainy days!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The amenity bar was well stocked including hair stylers. The room was spotless and the lift directly to the subway was really convenient. We liked the area. It was quiet but well connected.

The hotel is located in a very good location and you can also access it through the station. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. I totally recommend it.

The location is just gteat with wide space of Middle Island and river view. I stayed three days and had a very good time here.
