We accidentally booked a smoking room and they were able to switch us to a non smoking room which was such a blessing. Staff was amazing and the spa was really nice!

Surprisingly comfy stay, staff were all welcoming and polite. Decent noise isolation from the train (some rooms face the tracks). I loved the blackout shutter, complete darkness at night!

Excellent location in Osaka. Less than 10 min walk to Temma Station. As always, APA is clean, comfortable and good value for money.

I come here it's comfortable and the Japanese bath I love .The staff is amazing . The room has everything. The location is perfect here. Close to everything. I feel like home here. My 3rd time here. So reasonable if book months in advance it's better.
