Really good location. Had good clothes washing facilities which was a bonus for our daughter who joined from Australia/New Zealand travelling. Loved the snacks mid morning and drinks. The breakfast was the best we had in Japan. We enjoyed the Onsen several times too.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly and it was very central and safe place. We really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was amazing.

Location was good and safe, about 10 min walk from Osaka station and other metro lines. Room was clean. The hotel provides a lot of additional things ( toothbrush, cotton pads , etc) . Free coffee, tea, drinks and snacks

Everything - friendly staff, comfy rooms. Amazing breakfast although could be a bit of a wait to get a table on the morning
