“Great hotel in Osaka!”

The room was very nice and lots of light entering the room. Although the room was not super spacious, it was very cozy and we liked it! I LOVED their slippers so much that I had to take them home :) also, they provide lots of free beauty stuff downstairs which I liked. I also liked the bathroom, it had a nice style. Also and probably the most nicest thing was the offer for free lounge access, meaning free snacks and drinks - what a service!

We enjoyed our stay here. The atmosphere was demur, and relaxing. The size of the room was pretty decent compared to APA hotels. The facilities include, own Osen and Sauna, free drinks and tea time with snacks and happy hour in the evenings, all inclusive for guest and located at the lounge area. The location is a walkable distance to Oska Umeda station and shopping centres. There are 5 huge shopping centres at this location which connect to each other and very easy to get lost depending on which exit you use. Make sure to remember your exit - it is easy to get lost at Osaka Umeda Station.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, comfortable inclusions, and a clean laundry facility in-house. Rooms were nice.
