Room, very spacious registration and chill zone, super onsen with great view to Fuji. Very silent and calm, cosy hotel.

Amazing view from the onsen and balcony. Staff also picked us up from a nearby bus station (instead of 15mins by foot), also after check-out, they let us leave the luggage and got it to the station for us in the evening.

This is a lovely little inn, perfect for those wanting a more traditional stay and the views were incredible! The staff were absolutely fantastic with recommendations and going above and beyond with helping us to get around Hakone due to us having limited transport and with our luggage. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness.

The resort was nestled in the mountains with a beautiful view. The onsens were perfect, one indoor and one outdoor with views of the lake and Mt. Fuji. There was a full kitchen to use and the rooms were really big.

We loved the accommodation at Onsenso! Especially the location as it was far away from the “touristy” attractions, nestled in the quiet, peaceful surroundings of the property overlooking Mt Fuji! The view from our living room was priceless! The onsen too was just perfect. Cosy, quiet and peaceful! Loved it!
