The staffs were so so lovely, especially Mio who took time to make local recommendations, and everyone is so prompt with their replies. You can tell that they are really trying their best. Food was 12/10, Kanagawa shonan pork is a must. Breakfast is very high quality.The Chef and his team are doing a brilliant job; even the carrot dressing is so yummy. Dorm rooms were so spacious, bed is very comfortable. Location is 10/10. I will come back :)

The location is very close to the Gora train station. The stuff there is absolutely amazing, super friendly and nice they also prepared some activities in the evenings that we attended which was great! Next time I am in Hakone region I will stay there
