John made us feel very welcome and made it a home away from home. Perfect size for a comfortable weekend in an idyllic location. Very peaceful rural location, exceptionally maintained gardens and local information was very detailed.

Lovely, quirky, properly, had everything you would need, lots of interesting things and folder brimming with information and stories by the owner John who has a great sense of humour! Had the best few nights sleep I’ve had in a long time and the views in all directions are amazing, the grounds and fantastic!

Amazing location, beyond expectations. So peaceful and in beautiful grounds. Although the bed looked uninviting (too low and metal framed, it was the best nights sleep I've had in years. Highly recommended.
