This guesthouse is located on a small, charming island near Zadar. It’s easily accessible by ferry, which costs just a few euros. From the ferry port, it’s only a few minutes’ walk along the seafront to reach the property. The location is excellent – quiet and scenic, with shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. We stayed in April, before the summer season, so not everything was open yet, but we still had no trouble finding a place to eat or sit and relax. The hosts were calm and unobtrusive. They didn’t speak English, but it wasn’t a problem – we managed just fine, and there wasn’t much need for communication anyway. The apartment is spacious, with several balconies offering views in different directions – including a larger one with a sea view. It was the perfect spot to have a coffee or just relax. The sea is truly within arm’s reach, and it was wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the waves with the window open. There’s also convenient access to the water right in front of the property. While it’s not a sandy beach, you can definitely enjoy a swim during the warmer months. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is clean – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The price was very reasonable, though keep in mind we visited before the high season. Highly recommended!

The view from the terrace off the kitchen is amazing. The location is great - just a short walk to the ferry and the center of preko.

Wow, this amazing place is very close to ferry point and on the beach road. Very spacious apartment with all the required amenities for family. My kid enjoyed lot in the hot tub. We visited in december cold times and offered with heaters from owner. He is super friendly and responded quickly for all questions. Balcony is spot on with unimaginable view.

The location is amazing and next to a nice restraunt. its sea facing and the views are amazing. its a very silent island you can enjoy peace :)
