This apartment is so homely and comfortable, I stay here every time I come to Preko now. Location in a sweet, quiet part of town, fantastic view from the balcony across the sea to Zadar. It is manageable and spacious for one or a couple but would be exceptional value for a family. Comfy beds!

The thing I love most is the panoramic view from the balcony across the strait to Zadar. Sat out there night after night. Comfy well-equipped flat, just has a nice feel about it. It was my second stay which says it all :)

This was the best part of my trip, and I cannot believe what great value it is. It is such a lovely holiday apartment with a cosy feel, very light and airy and still cool in mid June even without aircon, and the balcony is amazing. I spent loads of time out there. It is very peaceful, just gardens and roofs all around, and you can stargaze or watch the boats for hours. Particularly good to have things like washing machine and outdoor airer, lots of crockery/utensils etc, I did not cook but you could easily do so and stay here a long time. It is on a tiny pretty street a minute’s walk from the sea, five minutes from supermarket and bars. Everyone is friendly, Marina is so helpful and lovely 😊 I wish I was still there!
