Convenience of having places to eat at accommodation site was great. Just a little hectic at peak dinner times at bistro....although, I'm not sure how you can fix that, except maybe a few more tables....

Friendly staff at reception. Perfect location in the heart of Newcastle. Excellent facilities. It even had a pub with decent food attached to the hotel if you wanted to eat in. It was exceptionally clean inside our room. Beds were comfy and room nice and dark.

The Executive Inn is not the Hilton or Marriott but whoever has been on the guest planning team has given some serious thought: 1. In-room tech ( Smart TV, Smart Clock, BT etc ) 2. No in house GYM but well thought ( BALANCE tie-up ) 3. The water quality in the shower was great. This was my 3rd visit to THE Executive and I will keep coming ( also is my suggested place to friends and family )
