Staff are beyond helpful, and make you feel like you really are in a home away from home. Nothing is too hard a task! All facilities are pristine clean, and comfortable and the food is immaculate!

This is my second visit to the QT and I enjoyed it more than my previous visit and I can't wait for an excuse to come back. The staff were fabulous with a special mention to Jordan who was exceptional with her attention to our needs and requests

Check in process was quick. Loved the small touches for my boyfriend’s birthday. Like all other QT’s the room was decorated well, bed was comfortable and pillows were great.

Beds are great. The picture of room was different to one booking online. There was no view in room, looked at back of building there was no light or big window like picture of room on booking.com. Staff were great and helped out by going down to car to get something for me.

We loved everything about this hotel . The QT Brand really knows how to impress . The design and layout of the room was just perfect. The colour palette was so luxurious. I love the fact that the hotel has brought that street to life now . Making the street scape beautiful with gardens and landscape. The roof top bar had a fantastic vibe . Breakfast downstairs in the morning was great as well . Very well designed menu .
