The staff was really lovely and helpful with any enquiries. I felt very welcomed. The communal area is very cute and cozy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. 6 min walk to the train station and main centre of Nagano with plenty of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hostel!

The staff are very nice. It's quiet in the evenings, even though it's close to a railway station. Good location.

Good location close to the train station. Staff were helpful with how to get to the snow lounge area was warm with traditional mats and seating cushions.
