Great location very close to Nagano station and bus stop to town and temple. There’s a few restaurants around as well so can eat close by. The staff speak english and was really supportive in getting things sorted and helping move things and do laundry. Their concept of journaling people’s stay is awesome and something I haven’t seen before but I think it helps give people encouragement to get to know others so that’s awesome.

Really close to the station and the facilities were really nice! Clean rooms, a full kitchen and nice bathrooms/showers!
