The riad was beautiful and the interior design was on the high end compared to other riads we have stayed in Marrakesh, definitely nicer than the photos make it. It also felt very quiet and the centre pateo was very enjoyable to play games as a family. Wifi was very good, we were able to watch movies on it, would be possible to work on it too. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Yassin Afk. We forgot a tablet in our rooms and within a couple of hours I received a message from Yassin with a photo of our tablet in the reception area and we were able to arrange to pick it up before we left Morocco. His diligence and friendliness is one of the many wonderful things I will take away from Marocco.

Travelled with my best friends and had the most amazing time at Riad Ksar Saad. Everything thing about this place was exceptional, from the friendly and welcoming staff, always available to help out, to the beautiful and relaxing ambience, the exceptional dinner and breakfast, a lovely spa, and great location! It was a memorable time for us and we had such a great time that we’ve started planning our next visit. And we’re definitely coming back to this Riad.

The entire staff was super helpful and kind. We arrived almost two hrs late and were starving. Ayoub was very helpful and ordered food ( tajine) for the three of us. When needed, he also booked a taxi for us and made us tea every evening.

Loved everything, the staff was really caring and helpful in every matter. Made sure we are comfortable and feel like at home. A map was given to us explaining everything in detail about the surroundings. On our Checkout we could leave our baggage in the Riad till our flight!!! Everything was super clean, the breakfast was Fantastic and delicious. Adil and Yaseen made sure we had a relaxing stay. Wonderful and caring hosts!! WOULD totally RECOMMEND this Riad if you are planning to visit Marrakech. It’s located in the city , everything is easily reachable on foot.

The riad was an oasis of calm in a busy city. The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and polite and couldn't do enough for you to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The room was clean and spacious and was cleaned and tidied every day. The decor was beautiful. The food also was very good with a copious breakfast every morning. The riad was ideally situated near all the sights and souks but not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, which was perfect. A holiday we will remember for a long time.

We really liked the decor and the details of the facility, as well as very nice kind and helpful staff (no one excluded!), don't be afraid to ask them anything they will be more than happy to help you! It is really a little oasis of calm and peace in a very busy and crowded place like Marrakech, where you can relax and enjoy your time. We also tried the dinner which was delightful; breakfast is very good as well with traditional and freshly made products. Location is perfect in the old town and close to many attractions and very well connected to taxi pick up points.

Super friendly stuff with very helpful recommendations about the city. Breakfast was the best we have had during our stay in Marrakech. We did the hammam and massage package and it was incredible.
