Loved the service. They are ready to fix anything. The room i got provided had a nice view of river on two sides. But still the city is covered by fog. Can't appreciate much. Everything was cleaned well everyday.

The hotel was affected by the typhoon and they had to cancel my stay. I have no problem with this, I hope that they are safe.

The location is very good, room is quite spacious and has a balcony with very beautiful river view in the early morning. Very clean hotel and helpful staffs. Highly recommended !

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and the staff were also nice. Location was also ok and the city center can be reached easily.
