The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. They went above and beyond in taking care of our needs. The hotel is centrally located and very convenient to discover Hanoi old quarter.

Very friendly staff, good breakfas, good location. Narrow street. Ordered airport pickup and Halong bay tour via the hotel which worked perfectly.

The staff were warm and friendly. Especially Flora and Trang. Very helpful. The room was well cleaned and there was a lovely scent upon entering the room each time. The sky bar was lovely too.
