The property is located in the heart of Florence, just 5 min walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. Francesco was very kind and welcoming, the management gave me a complimentary upgrade to a suite which further enhanced my experience. The rooms are decorated very nicely and beds are very comfortable.

I was pleased with the friendly staff and the very clean condition of the room. The bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The location couldn't be better for sightseeing. 👍
