We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect – quiet yet very close to the city center and all the main attractions. What truly made our stay special was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They were always available and made us feel very welcome. Everything was just perfect – we would definitely come back and highly recommend Hotel Genzianella to anyone visiting Florence!

The hotel wasnt far from the tramstation and city so that was very nice. The bed was good, the room was clean and pretty big. Also the option to get some water from the machine and cook water on your room was good and the airco was working.

We're a simple family! We don't need much to be satisfied! The room is clean . The location is great, in walking distance of the city centre. We are really impressed with very polite and pleasant staff! 10 out of 10! All recommendations!

It was clean. The beds (2 twins) were comfortable. The air conditioning worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was nice.
