It was all together a great experience. Extremely friendly staff, beautiful room with great view , tasty and rich breakfast. We Had problems with our flight and they tried to help us. Our best experience on out Trip to egypt.

The staff is helpful, cheerful, ready to help, ready to talk. It felt like I was part of the family! The location is great for visiting all major locations in this part of Giza/Cairo. The terrace with a view is exceptional.

Everything was very good. They had free airport shuttle from the airport. The driver waited 4 hours as the plane was late and some procedures with visa took a lot of time. It was free and he could go, but waited and delivered to the hotel.

The hotel facilities are very good but the highlight by far is the staff, they are the most attentive and sweetest people in the world, I at least feel that I have new friends in Egypt to visit.
