It was ok but the worst customer service so far. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Looks completely different in real life than on the pictures first of all. Second of all it was stated on booking that they have hot tub. When we asked they didn’t even know what is a hot tub. Wifi is super bad shower running out of hot water after one person. Etc.. anyway I don’t recommend it.

Staff is great and helpful with anything you may ask and need. Great view from the restaurant's terrace and the variety for breakfast is very good too! I loved that the restaurant was open till late so you can grab something to eat before bed.

The hotel looks super modern, clean and functional. It has an amazing view to the pyramids from the rooftop. The restaurant was delicious. The best thing about it, though, it’s the staff. Rana, Sami (the driver), and every other person from the reception and restaurant were absolutely fantastic.

The property was beautiful and super comfortable we were nicely surprised and the staff were super nice and welcoming helping us out when it came to organize our trip to the pyramids would definitely recommend staying here! Also the rooftop view where you have breakfast is absolutely breathtaking!!

Year after year I come back. Its a small hotel with kind staff. Delicious restaurant. Love it when on Giza area. The terrace has a great view of the pyramids as do most rooms.

Views from the rooftop restaurant/bar. Close to the pyramids in walking distance. Very comfortable beds and clean. Staff always smiling and very helpful. Lovely breakfast on the roof with views of the pyramids.
