It was my first time in Egypt, I flew in from London. On arriving Cairo, their driver( Omar) was waiting. On our way to Giza, the driver stopped and offered me a Coca-Cola drink free. On getting to the hotel, the staff at the reception were awesome. They broke the Ice. Mariam, Salma, Aml and Aya where fantastic, especially Mariam. The environment is homely, neat and peaceful. All staff are courteous and friendly. Restaurant has an amazing view of the Giza Pyramids. I loved the welcome drink of lemon.. The buffet breakfast is also rich. Overall, there's serious value for money in whatever class of room chosen. They arranged my tours and it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Ali and Omar, Reda for making my tours memorable. We had an amazing, magical time exploring Giza, Memphis, and Cairo! Every moment was unforgettable – from seeing all the iconic sites to learning so much about ancient Egypt, its incredible culture, food, and art. The hotel was exactly as expected – peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located with breathtaking views of the 9 pyramids. Having 24-hour service made our stay so easy and relaxing. A huge thank you to Adel and Tison and the entire team at 9 Pyramids Hotel for making our stay truly magical. And a special shoutout to Reda, our fantastic guide, who brought the history of ancient Egypt to life and took us on a journey we’ll never forget. Highly recommended experience!
