Very good contact with the owner. The weather was quite cold and the room welcomed us with pre-heated warmth, it's amazing! Many owners prefer to save some money and don't turn on heating so you're entering to a cold property and need to turn it on by yourself then wait, but here we were able to relax immediately, and it's priceless :) Localization: the old town but far from noisy places. WiFi is quick and strong. And yes, you can see the sea from the window - not much but anyway.

Excellent location, close to the fortress and the old city center. Like in most places in Šibenik, there are some stairs to reach the flat. Not recommnded if you travel with lots of luggage. Parking provided for free, conveniently close to the flat. Very quiet neighbourhood. Value for money was ok, since it was low season.
