Staff were friendly and arranged a taxi for us to go to ha long bay. The shower was great

Very nice and helpful Receptionist. Great value, Has all the neccesities. Got a fridge and a smart TV. Near a coffee street. The Room has a lot of space. There is a Shared dining area on each floor. The whole interior of the building clean and presentable.
