This is a beautiful place! There is a great garden. The apartments are new and comfortable. There is a nice beach with beach bar 200 m from the apartment. The host was super helpfull. She is the nicest person you can find. I highly recommend this place!

Apartment is brand-new, spacious, and located 5 minutes walk away from the (massive) San Gemiliano beach. The garden surrounding the property is well-trimmed and provides ample space (and furnishings) for lounging around in the sun. Tortolì and Arbatax are about 5 minutes drive away, and a number of restaurants, bars, and super-markets are even closer, within 30 minutes walking. Our hostess was amazingly kind and gracious, ensuring our arrival and check-in were made as smoothly as possible and supplying us with laundry detergent with incredible speed.

Wonderful lady host. The place is perfect if you want to spend a few days away from the wild crowds. The apartment looked much better than in the pictures shown. Very well-equipped, which was of great importance to us as we cooked our meals ourselves. There is also a grill on site, which we used every day. We walked only 2 minutes to the beach. At the airport, which is a 5-minute drive from the apartment, you can go skydiving (you land on the beach).
