Each day we felt even more comfortable in our appartment. Airco, if needed, in each room. Aunt Antonía, 84 years young, lives on the other side of the street. In the street no trafic. Parking place guaranteed only 20m further. Location is superb: in the little town of Ano Zakros you are accepted, if you wish and dare, as a local. Estiatório Pontios offers good food for a very cheap price, the owners are friendly and kind to each of their clients. Tip: walk from Ziros to Zakros, stay some afternoons at the coast in Kato Zakros and in Xerokampos. Enjoy!

The beds were of good quality and the location was great in the small village. We slept well well both nights. Big bathrooms and plenty of towels. We were woken up by the sounds of the church bells which we liked.

A beautifully kitted out home, so many lovely touches. The owners were so helpful when my car broke down 6km away - I was on my own and pretty scared. I rang them and they just got a local garage to come straight out and rescue.me - wonderful. The owners aunt who lived next door was really lovely and friendly too. All in all, I couldn't have felt more cared for. Add to this the beautiful accomodation and lovely location, and it really couldn't have been any better . Huge thanks
