Absolutely everything! Josephine and her husband live in the their home downstairs. They are both extremely friendly and helpful people. They do not speak English but this was not a problem as I had Google translate on my phone. It made for quite a few laughs! Our apartment (forest view), and 1 other apartment (meadow view), are on the first floor. It was absolutely immaculate and very comfortable. The peace and tranquility is amazing. Even when the other apartment had 4 people staying we never heard anything. The forest is right to the side of the house so we were able to get out for frequent walks and saw an abundance of wildlife. We had the option of daily delivery of fresh bread buns to our door. They were delicious. There was a beautiful garden to sit and relax in but each apartment has its own balcony if you want privacy. The bbq was great too! It is in a beautiful area with lots of things to do and places to visit. Zwiesel is only a few minutes in the car or a about a 20 minute walk. It took longer coming back as the house is on a hill. We are already planning to return in the next year or 2.
