Comfy beds, and lots of efforts to help your visit like umbrellas and bikes for loan. Breakfast was great, staff were helpful. They can help you pay tourist tax, buy transport tickets and call taxis. There is also a tram stop nearby which is convenient.

Loved the restaurant, food very good Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We think we were helped by the owner late at night when we were desperate for teabags - great service and so lovely
