Very friendly staff who were very welcoming. We arrived early morning,? To early for our room to be ready but we received a message as soon as it was ready. The breakfast was good and the staff cheery.

We got an upgraded room with a nice balcony. The breakfast was a nice experience. The location was very good: close to the train station Enge, as well as the lake and the city centre.

Location was good. Didn’t have breakfast. We were not impressed with having to wait until 4 pm on the dot to have access to our room. This was very inconvenient and we don’t believe the room wasn’t ready until exactly that time. This was the worst and latest time of all our accommodation over six and a half weeks in Europe! So we wouldn’t recommend that aspect of hotel to anyone who may arrive earlier.
