Suuper friendly and helpful staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful 🙌🏼 And extra great service that the hotel provided an extra room to shower after checking out (there was a marathon in the city)

Decent hotel just few blocks from Central via tram 6/7, rooms was small and cramped, but sitting area was ok, bfast was just ok, was really surprised they did not have bread toasters - Ahhhhh.. Bed was nice, bath was good not a good shower.. Waste bin was a hide and seek in the rooms… Value for money ummm…

Good location near tram and underground stops and only a few minutes walk from the lake and old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the bar was pleasant for a cocktail in the evening.

We stayed for three days .. The first two I put the sign that cleaning was not necessary. The third no one came even to change the towels.! The breakfast was fresh but poor and basic. The politeness of all the employees made us smile though!

Modern design, beautiful rooms. Everything is well organized. Friendly and proffesional staff. Breakfast is good as well. it finishes rather early in weekdays 10:00am You can park your car via advanced booking which is also good. The price 40chf per night. Additional charge is a pity, yet I guess the policy is same everywhere in Zurich Overall we were very satisfied with our experience and recommend this hotel

Quiet and spacious room, with fridge and glasses, nice sitting area. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, especially the BircherMuesli, good value on inclusive B&B offer, but would be expensive otherwise. Good location opposite Enge station, trams right outside, quiet area, 20 mins walk to old town, 5 mins to lakeside. Very helpful staff.
