The place is in a good location, 12 mins walking distance from the main train station Zurich HB, 2 mins walk from public transport, night buses and trams. Check-in was easy and clear instructions how to get yourself into the building if you arrive after 2pm. The APPLICATION for this place is great as all the information about their facilities is organised by categories. The staff was very friendly and helpful (they'll let you use the kitchen area if you need to wait for your transport after checking out), we were so happy they could borrow plugs as the one we brought didn't work (similar to the Spanish plugs but slightly wider and slimmer), the room was clean and had everything as advertised. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold drinks, the bread seemed freshly baked, seasonal fruit, jam and cheese. Although the kitchen was shared it was clean at all times, the organisation was spot on specially with the fridge situation, we had a locker which was very spacious (we stored 2 bottles of wine and some food,even a medium pizza!). Definitely worth the money we paid and of course we'll come back!!
