The room was very comfortable and spacious, given the North European standards. The room and all the common areas were very clean. The shared kitchen is an advantage. The hotel is located in walking distance from the old town and the lake but it is also close to tram stations. For sure I will go back if I visit again Zurich

It was great to be upgraded and having a kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. We were with a 12 year old child and this was very comfortable. In addition having some complimentary beers and coke in the room fridge was another good one.
