very professional organized, i appreciated the telephone button to speak to someone because my phone wasn t working in swiss , so great that they thought about making checking in easy. internet was great, location is absolutely charming and walking distance from hauptbahnhof. The room was basic and prozaic but had all appliances

We stayed here for two nights and found the apartment to be a spacious and comfortable base for exploring Zurich. The two-bedroom layout was perfect for our family, especially appreciated by our teens. We were also grateful to be allowed to store our bags from 11am, well before the 3pm check-in, which was very convenient. The location is well connected — several tram stops are nearby, with Weidikon just a 4-minute walk away. From there, it’s only five stops to Zurich HB, or a 15-minute walk if you prefer. There’s also a park just opposite with a lovely café that seemed popular with locals. I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again.
