Location is very central. Lake, business district, opera etc all walking distance. Room a decent size, adequately furnished. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very helpfull, thank you for all of them. When I arrived the hotel in the midnight ; I asked that if I can take my breakfast very early because of Ramadan / sahoor. The kitchen was closed but thanks to the man in the reception ; he arranged me something to eat from the kitchen. Alsa in the morning I had a problem with my luggage, 3 people from reception helped me to fix it 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The best part was the staff at the reception very cooperative and always their for help. Specially Ms. Alisia. She was of great help during recent stays at this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel itself is old, but very clean and with wonderful down bedding. We are adding a point because our family upgraded the room level and got a spacious Junior suite with a jacuzzi. The family was very satisfied. Excellent value for money in Zurich.
