If you’re visiting Zurich and want the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and technology, Fred Hotel Zurich is the place to stay. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport, shops, and key attractions. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you’ll find it incredibly convenient. What really stood out, though, was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location just next to the train station but still quiet. Our rooms on the upper floor for three adults per room were clean, adequately spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning during summer. Really appreciated the capsule coffee machine and tea facility provided on each floor. Free coffee machine and candies also available next to the reception. Breakfast was good. Mixed attitudes of staff at the Reception, which can be improved but no big deal due to the contactless check-in/check-out and electronic room key access via mobile phone, really cool!

Reception very friendly and up beat. Each floor has a coffee pod machine, works a treat. Reception had a full coffee machine with selected beans, excellent. Rooms very quiet, great shower hot and strong. Best location for overnight between trains. Could not fault, would return.
