Great location, central but also quiet. Good vfm. Clean, large room for a family of four. Some small suggestions to improve the stay would be a lock on the bathroom door, an extra towel each (one towel is not enough when you are washing long hair), a table to put things on - our belongings were strewn over the floor for the entire stay, and the potential for extra pillows.

It’s clean and a well executed construct. The internet was ok and the price was acceptable. The issue was the couple next door walked in at 1am and I could hear them laughing hysterically for the next hour like there sitting immediately next to me. It was like the place had walls made from rice paper.

Check in and Check out was self service. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was very convenient—close to Zurich main station.

Perfect location to visit Zurich, all amenities nearby, quiet location. It's very close to the main station, so it works well if you are traveling and carrying bags/luggage. The hotel room is basic but works perfectly well for a couple of nights. All the basic requirements are there, including a table with chair. Wi-fi works perfectly fine, you get all the info you need when you check in. Friendly and kind cleaning staff.

Good location in a neighbourhood close to the main station, plenty of small cafes restaurants and shops nearby although not much open early morning and some restaurants close earlier than expected on weekday evenings. Not far to walk for more lively areas if desired. The rooms are simple, clean and modern with everything needed and no frills. Ideal for a one or two night stay or for business travel. Not recommended for longer term stays although could be just the ticket if you’re going to just sleep here and will be out all day/night doing other things. Some rooms open onto a stairwell so may not be ideal and no staff on site to assist with special requests, but all of this is reflected in the price. Rooms are very clean, with hairdryer, good shower, come with towels, linen, soap, shampoo, pillows, aircon and sat TV. USB chargers (usb c and usb A) and plug sockets available. Make sure you have the Swiss 3 pin adapter (note this is different to the Northern Europe two pin!) - some Coop stores sell them for about 6CHF. Love the seamless self check in and check out system, prefer this 1000 fold to the usual concierge. Concierge however would be useful for other matters encountered during the stay.

It’s self checkin and self checkout on a machine. Did not see any staff during my two nights stay. Generally clean and pleasant. There are two vending machines at the small lobby, for snacks and drinks. Location: about 7-10mins walk from Zurich HB. Can also take tram from Zurich HB, where the tram stop is just behind the hotel building, about 1-2mins walk.
