Good location and close to shops and transport to main station. Good sized bedroom. Fair price for Switzerland. Free use of fans from the 5th floor. Responsive team via messages

Great location, 2 mins from Tram, area felt safe and was mostly quiet. The room was clean. Shop right beside which was very handy! Good to have vending machines in lobby.

Clean & simple. Comfortable bed. Good & instant hot water supply for shower & shaving. Great to have roll down shutter to cut down noise & light.

For the price is pretty decent. Fast self check in. Free lockers for storage in the last day. Room temperature was warm while it was -5°C outside in Zurich. Water in the shower instantly hot. Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and all that.
