The hotel is excellently located right in the city center. You can reach the luxury stores by crossing two small bridges. There are plenty of dining and drinking options nearby, and the scenery along the Limmat River is particularly beautiful. The staff on the first floor are extremely nice and friendly. They offered a great deal of help. I will definitely stay here again next time I come.

Hotel Helmhaus is located in the best possible location in Zurich. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and well designed. I never go anywhere els.

The location, wonderful staff and excellent quality are hard to beat. This was a wonderful stay. The staff are super friendly, the location is perfect, the amenities are spot on and the breakfast/tea/coffee environment are simply perfect. Just a wonderful stay! Thank you

Staff was fantastic as we checking out at 4am next morning and the staff made us a doggy bag breakfast on the night.
