Well kept hotel with latest amenities and services. Friendly staff at the reception and the breakfast buffet. Water, fruits, ice cream and coffee were freely available at the reception. 10mins walk to Zurich HB. There were tram stations close by.

Stayed for 5 days. Everything was fabulous. . Rooms clean Soundproofing great ( some street noise in the weekend as expected in the middle of a city), 500m to train station, a street of restaurants/cafes 50 m away, 400m to supermarket. Breakfast was huge...could also have any way eggs also if wanted. Ice creams, fresh fruit, pastries, bottled water, coffee all free in the lobby. 24 hour desk Staff were so helpful and friendly ....one suitcase broke so they offered to dispose of it for us. AC was portable but we just opened the window anyway. Fan avaliable. Having a minibar/ fridge was great. Heard absolutely no noise from neighbouring rooms which is unusual in a hotel so great sound proofing.
