Very welcoming hosts-we even got a freshly baked cake on our arrival. Lots of space for seating inside & outside. Well equipped kitchen and barbecue undercover area. Perfect for groups. Lovely garden and the animals were lovely to see. Safe space to store bicycles.

Meet on arrival by friendly host. Very accommodating. Great place to stay in Ipres. Nice games room for evening entertainment. Kids loved the animals, play area, bikes and go karts.

Perfect set up for a group of 10 travelling the Vespa Scooters and visiting Ypres / Bruge. The owners were very friendly and helpful, even arranging a vet appointment for my dog for his return journey meds.

The whole property is amazing. Everything you could possibly need is provided. There is plenty of space to eat inside and out, a barbecue is available, the grounds are lovely with lots of animals to see. There is a very well equipped games room with table tennis, snooker, darts and table football. The hosts are delightful, they make you feel so welcome.
