Good location - 20 minutes walk from city center. Very comfortable and big room, very clean, air conditioning works. Owner very nice and helpfull. Good breakfast. Vietnamese restaurant connected with hotel - the same owner. Free parking next to hotel.

The room was clean and basically brand new, it was very spacious even with AC unit, big plus in hot summer days. The breakfast was very good as well.
