The arrival to the hotel is grandiose, beautiful location in nature, views, manicured lawns. You expect nothing but luxury. The suspicion begins in the corridor with the rooms. Every door is decorated with a smart display showing all sorts of vital information - for example the elevation of the room above the sea level (I wonder how frequently this information changes, so that it needs to be displayed on a digital screen). You enter the room and expect to find a light switch. This comes in form of a touchscreen that requires elaboration to achieve the result. And no, you can’t adjust the light intensity. If you succeed, you get one million lux of bright blue light that would satisfy any surgeon or dentist. What the bright light flashes out in the room is a cheap looking carpet, walls in bright white and non matching cheap looking furniture. Going to the bathroom doesn’t improve things much. Next struggle with the lights and cheap thin towels and cheap soap. You want to go to bed, spend another minute playing with the touchscreen and expect two things - darkness and silence. You get neither of them. The lights outside provide a full illumination and there is a pumping dance music coming from a terrace with no guests on it. The basses can’t be dumped even using good noise cancelling earplugs. The same setting continues in the restaurant at breakfast time. There is a wellness center in the hotel but the room guide advises that “hotel guests have to pay extra”. I suppose, for people other than hotel guests, it is perhaps free of charge? Jokes aside: When I see a modern hotel where obviously a lot of money has been invested, a hotel that appears to be in a high style, I’d expect a level of consistency and this is exactly what I didn’t find here at all.

Everything is fine facility, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff except only couple of things which I will mention below.

Everything. The rooms were clean, smelled fresh, the beds were really comfortable, there were amenities in the room and bathroom, all in all was really good. The breakfast was really tasty and the comfy exceptional.
