This hotel stay was one of my favorites! The staff was amazing, kind and so helpful! They helped us book tickets and navigate the parks, gave us good food recommendations and made us feel very welcome. I have no complaints and can not recommend this place enough!

My stay was PERFECT. The team really helped me plan my stay in Zhangjiajie. They wrote very clear instructions in Mandarin so that I could show bus drivers and get guidance while at the park. The room was very comfortable and clean and the hostel is 10' walk from the East Gate. Thank you so, so much!

It's nearby to Dong Ling Men(东陵门), just about 11mins' walk distance. Plus, the stay place very near and close to the bus station where you can easily get transport to other places like '大峡谷玻璃桥', the owner is very helpful and friendly.

Location was perfect. You can walk to the entry of the park. The room and bathroom need some repair/upgrade but the real value is the owner. She basically made an itinerary for us to visit the park based on our available time. Once there,, we realised how much time we saved following her itinerary as the park is huge and there are so many paths/attractions. If you only have 1 or 2 days, you need a good itinerary to save time and see the main attractions.
