Great location! The staff were very helpful - guiding us on how to get around, recommending excellent places to eat, and even helping us adjust our itinerary so we could make the most of our time. The place is very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is also worth it - the dumplings are delicious, so definitely choose this option!

The location is amazing, near the Tianmen cable car entrance and all the city shops. Steven (the owner) is very kind and happy to explain the best route for our visit to the Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie park. The room is big and well cleaned.

We highly recommend this hotel — the rooms are beautiful, the place is clean, and the owner is kind and extremely helpful. He offered to book tickets for various attractions, explaining how to visit them, and helped us with many other things — from finding a massage center to recommending places for dinner and even arranging airport transportation for our arrival. Breakfast is good, and he makes an exceptional coffee! He also speaks English. Highly recommended in every aspects.
