The host Steven was very warm and his English was excellent, making communication very smooth. We enjoyed free airport pick-up service, which made our travel very convenient and we didn't have to worry about being overcharged by taxi drivers. Moreover, he reserved the scenic area tickets for us in advance, at the same price as the window reservation. They explained all the scenic area routes to us in English and arranged a very suitable itinerary. At the end, they even gave us an English map of the scenic area as a gift. The coffee at their place was also very delicious, freshly ground. It was really enjoyable to have pure coffee while traveling. There was also a free laundry room, although it was self-service, it was still great. If my friends come to Zhangjiajie for a trip next time, I will definitely recommend their place and strongly recommend the service of the host Steven.

- Reception could speak english and was very nice and helpful with everything. - good location to visit tianmen mountain as the cable car is in walking distance. - free supply of drinking water.

Thirty one is an amazing place to stay! I visited during the low season and was the only person staying but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. In particular, the staff are incredible. May is a wonderful person and made me feel very welcome! Not only did she organise everything for me to see the local attractions but also went above and beyond to include me in mealtimes, karaoke and teaching me to play mahjong 🀄 Great place, great people. Highly recommend 👍 Hope to see you again next time I am in China May!

We had an incredible experience during our stay, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by May. She was incredibly helpful throughout our time at the hotel, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even assisted us with catching the bus and took the time to recommend several amazing places to visit. May’s kindness and dedication made our stay truly memorable, and we are so grateful for her support. Highly recommend this place, especially if you want personalized and thoughtful service!
