Service, location and facilities were incredible! What a special experience. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful. The experience of Zhangjiajie within such an incredible accommodation was just perfection 👌

The scenery at the location was stunning. Breakfast was included and was buffet style, so lots of options. The room was clean and there were nice touches such as a traditional teapot and a fridge. An airport transfer was included in the price and they took us down to the park entrance free of charge too.

We loved every detail about this hotel!! From the design and the breathtaking view of the room to the incredibly helpful staff, we could not have wished for a better stay. No doubt our absolute favourite hotel in China!!
