We would like to guide you how to enter our accommadation, Our Resort is available for 24 hour check-in,Our resort is locaetd inside National Forest Park, opening time of park entrace is :7:30am-5pm , You need to enter the park before 4:30PM.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The manager Alex was super helpful, he provided great advice how to enjoy Avatar mountain before crowds come, so we had the whole area completely for ourselves between 7.15 am and 8 am. Also sunsets were unforgettable. Thanks a lot!

The location is amazing, inside the park so you can visit the whole park without waiting in long queue. You just need to stop the shuttle when they come by the hotel. The staff is also incredible: Alex the manager gave us a lot of advice on how to visit the park, we had both pickup and drop off service in great cars/vans - Carole helped us secure our tickets for the park very easily.

Location, helpful staff and the food. We spent the total of zero minutes queueing for anything. It was great to start inside the park and literally go in the opposite direction to all the crowds. Carol and Alex were both really helpful, helped us plan a good route and booked the tickets, entry times, etc. for us. You have to eat at the restaurant there, but the food was goooood.
