The rooms were extremely spacious and very clean and comfortable. The staff were all so so kind and helpful. The property is closest to the mid-gate of Zhangjiajie national park and the staff offered to drive us there on both days we wanted to go to the park and helped us with the ticket timing. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of Chinese dishes. The views from the property were also amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in Zhangjiajie!

The property is in a fantastic spot for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park. Right by the middle gate (so less people) and although walkable the fantastic staff at the hotel dropped us off and picked us up each day. Ming was such a help to us getting tickets and helping us with all our questions he is a real asset to the hotel. Chau (not sure I’ve spelt this correctly) was also very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and it was such a treat to be able to sit on our balcony in the tub with a cold drink at the end of the day. Breakfast was good and we also had great dinners there. Would definitely return to this hotel.
