Five stars for the personal touch! The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, with fluent English. Her support went above and beyond: organizing airport pickup, securing tickets, and even driving us to the park entrance herself - perfect for a smooth start. Attention to detail (like the breakfast coffee) was spot on. Surpassed expectations with her genuine care. Highly recommend for fuss-free travel planning.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The owner was exceptionally warm and helpful - her English is excellent, which made communication effortless. She seamlessly arranged our airport transfer, booked attraction tickets in advance, and even personally dropped us off at the scenic spot entrance! This level of thoughtful service was outstanding. Coupled with lovely coffee at breakfast, it truly made our trip effortless and enjoyable. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Extremely convenient location right on a bustling street with restaurants (including Japanese), supermarkets, and fruit shops downstairs. The host was friendly, spoke good English, and was particularly helpful in planning our itinerary and booking tickets. Made our stay very smooth. Highly recommended.

Spot-on location with genius air-con (lifesaver in the heatwave!). Staff patiently navigated our ropey Spanish—organised tickets, mapped out sensible sightseeing. Breakfast? Proper fry-up, no skimping. Jolly helpful all round. Wouldn't hesitate to pop back.
