Staff, especially Lucian, is very helpful to ensure stay is enjoyable and worthwhile even to extent of providing advice in going about to places of interest

I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend and our friend. The host was amazing from the minute we arrived. He helped us plan our routes for the avatar mountains. Everyday they gave us different fruit and teas to try. They looked after all our laundry free of charge and wouldn't take a tip! 10000/10 customer care! Honestly the nicest people. I would definitely go back ☺️
