Stayed for 5 nites.The resort helped to plan our 4 day's itinerary prior to our arrival. They have english speaking staff to help to answer any enquiries n assist in the booking of all entrance fees (via whatapps). Free pick up service from the railway station so we will not lost our way on our first day..hahaha. Daily breakfast was great with nice scenery.We also pay to have dinners in the resort, just need to wechat them with the dishes and they will inform once its ready.They have western food but we tried their local dishes which was spicy n oily but was tasty thou.All counter staff is very friendly n helpful. Room is very big n clean and bed is very comfortable n quiet n we can rest well after each hectic day.We were surprise when they even arranged a free transport back to railway station. Fuss free trip n we really have enjoyed ourselves.

Possibly the most scenically beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in! I didn’t want to leave my room. The room itself was stunning! The bed was very comfortable. All the amenities you need. Very clean, very quiet. The staff really went out of their way to help. Great English and just very kind people. They helped with booking tickets, taxi and a route so we could see Tianman mountain, the national park and the canyon all within 2days. Would happily stay again.

We loved this stay. The room was wonderful, with an incredible view. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the welcome fruits were delicious. Best of all, the attention and care of Miss Chen, who helped us with all the reservations, always available for any questions, at all times. The location for entering the National Park is also excellent, being just a 10 minute walk from one of the entrances. I highly recommend it and would stay again :)
